Belinda Reynolds graduated with a Honours Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2003. She has been involved in the healthcare industry for nearly 15 years – 10 of these working for IsoWhey. Belinda believes that everything you put in your body will influence your health and, although supplements can be very useful; it’s even more essential that you ensure your diet is great, providing lots of unprocessed, nutrient-and fibre-rich plant foods, lean proteins and good fats. Outside her work with IsoWhey, Belinda has lectured at the Australasian College of natural Therapies.
