Green tea, kale and mint wholefood smoothie
- 1 x cup (250mL) brewed green tea, chilled
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ¼ avocado flesh
- ¼ pear flesh
- 2 heaped TBS (25g) IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea + Rice Protein – Vanilla & Lucuma Flavour.
- 1- 2 TSP IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Kale + Collard Greens + Broccoli Sprout Powder
Add ingredients into blender, mix until desired consistency is achieved and then serve.
